In July and August, travel was concentrated mainly in France and Europe, and I can assure you that our Air France flight crews were delighted to see you on board. Since the beginning of this crisis, I know that the patience of many of you has been put to the test concerning requests for refunds and credit vouchers. We have increased the number of our sales staff in charge of refunds tenfold, with 700 people dedicated solely to this task. We have processed over 2 millions requests and refunded 1.1 billion euros. We have not yet been able to deal with all the requests made, but rest assured that our teams are doing their utmost to respond as soon as possible. I am fully aware that this crisis has changed our habits, and that the instability of the situation may lead you to have reservations about travelling.
