The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Thermoforming Division has announced a call for product submissions from companies that answered the call for and manufactured products used in the battle against COVID-19.

Submissions will be displayed on the exhibit hall floor along with each company's name and product information. The showcase will be located on the exhibit hall floor during the 28th SPE Thermoforming Conference®, which will take place September 20-22, 2021 in Grand Rapids, MI, at DeVos Place, the JW Marriott Grand Rapids and the Amway Grand Hotel. Submissions are for display purposes only and will not be judged. Participation in the showcase is free, but entrants must complete and submit the entry form by September 3.
“The past 18 months have been difficult for everyone, and the SPE Thermoforming Conference Pandemic Response Showcase is an opportunity for the industry to recognize our achievements and contributions toward fighting the global pandemic,” said Steve Zamprelli, SPE Thermoforming Division Chair. “The plastics industry has received much criticism in recent years. The thermoforming industry’s response to combatting the pandemic has played a critical role in recovery efforts. This is an important message that needs to be heard.”
